XXL Sales OS

Tailored quote

Put together your own platform. We’ll price it within three working days.

Five short steps, about three minutes. Choose what your network needs – and leave the rest to us: one of our specialists will personally review your requirements and send you a concrete, itemised quote.

  • Within 3 working daysA concrete, itemised quote – not a generic price list.
  • Free, with no obligationRequesting a quote commits you to nothing.
  • Reviewed by a specialistNot an automated reply: a person reads what you have written.
Step 1 of 5Tell us about the network you are building.

A few quick questions so that the quote reflects your actual scale. If you are unsure about anything, simply skip it.

What role do you play in the chain?

How many partners do you work with – or plan to?

In how many countries?

How many users do you expect in total? Everyone who signs in: your own staff, your partners’ staff and your sales agents combined.

When would you like to start?

Step 2 of 5What does your network need?

Switch on the modules that interest you. The core modules are included in every quote. Click the ⓘ symbol to see what a module can do.

Quick selection

Commerce

Every partner buys on its own marketplace, at the prices of its own level. Volume price tiers, customer-specific prices, tags and filters, plus the “How my partners see it” preview.
The order ships from the nearest level holding stock straight to the final address, while a separate order – with its own margin – is created at every level. If stock runs short, a replenishment order is automatically sent upstream.
Display and settlement currencies, conversion at unit-price level, daily ECB exchange rates, and automatic handling of domestic, reverse-charge, OSS and out-of-scope transactions.
A webshop in your own brand, whose products, prices and stock come from the platform – with no double maintenance. An existing shop can also connect via the open API.

Network and organisation

The entire trade chain in a single tree: partner invitations, registration with approval, referral relationships, upload rights and a map of Europe.
Departments and positions per company, a head and a deputy, and a permission funnel with logged exceptions. No one can pass on more rights than they hold themselves.
A weighted 0–100 index for every partner – by trade, network building, sales support, competence and presence – and a product popularity index built on the same basis.

Sales support

A prospective customer can be protected by only one partner at a time – by tax number, email address or company name. Search before reserving, approval, extension and an expiry reminder.
Quote request forms with own, direct or network scope, with a built-in sizing survey that partners can email to their customers.
Needs assessments, satisfaction surveys and risk analyses with scoring and score bands. Completed questionnaires are also available as PDF, and can even earn commission.
The goal becomes a sales funnel and a daily plan. The platform learns your real conversion rates, shows where the funnel leaks and recommends training content.

Knowledge

Training content that travels through the network together with the product family: prerequisite chains, minimum reading time, a locked reader and progress section by section.
Question bank, server-side timing and expiring certificates. Without the exam the product cannot be sold; when the certificate expires, the product locks again.
Spaces, a folder tree, custom metadata, retention periods, legal hold and versions – shared along the chain, with status per recipient.

Customer service and communication

Goods receipt, shelving, deployment to a partner or customer, per-unit serial numbers and an immutable movement log – two-way with an external warehouse management system.
A fault ticket opened from a serial number and routed automatically to the product’s owner. The SLA clock stops while a ticket is parked, and products receive a weighted problem score.
One-to-one and group conversations with one-click translation, and targeted pop-up announcements with mandatory acknowledgement.
Every company sends from its own mail server. A/B subject-line testing with an automatic winner, open and click tracking, follow-ups and one-click unsubscribe.
Registration by invitation, a “My products” list with serial numbers, fault reporting with status tracking and card payment through the partner’s own provider.
Native app for iPhone and Android – in development. Push notifications, ordering, fault tickets with photos, messages and biometric sign-in, with the same permissions as the portal.

Finance

Sales and referral commission, settled weekly, fortnightly or monthly, with an append-only log – a paid commission cannot be rewritten afterwards.
Every partner company connects its own invoicing provider, with a real connection test. Even without a connected provider, a document is still created in “pending” status.
Step 3 of 5Which systems does it need to connect to?

Mark what you already use, or would like to use. This shows us where integration work is needed – and where simply plugging in a ready-made connection will do.

Invoicing and reconciliation

A ready-made connection via Számla Agent, with NAV-compliant invoices.
A ready-made connection with the Billingo API v3.
Financial reconciliation of international payouts – it does not issue invoices.

Card payments

Card payments in forints, euros and dollars, backed by OTP.
Card payments and Barion Wallet.
International card payments in more than 135 currencies.

Systems and services

Your existing shop connects via the open webshop API: products, categories, stock and order intake. A custom integration rather than a ready-made platform connector – priced item by item after the assessment.
A two-way REST API and HMAC-SHA256-signed webhooks for warehouse events.
Newsletters sent from the company’s own SMTP server, with its own sender reputation.
Phone number verification and phone number changes via Twilio SMS.
One-click translation of messages and content with Google Cloud Translate.
Step 4 of 5Where should we send the quote?

We send the quote by email, and if we have a question, we’ll call you. Your details are used for this purpose only.
