01Philosophy

Most business software sees one company. XXL Sales OS sees an entire network.

CRMs, webshops and ERP systems are built around the inner workings of a single organisation. Real trade, however, happens in chains: a product moves from level to level, and at every level stands a different company, with a different price, a different margin and a different responsibility.

XXL Sales OS maps that chain – exactly as business between companies works in reality. Every partner runs its own business, yet the network breathes as one coordinated whole.

Not another CRM. The common language of the trade network.

Three hierarchies, side by side

  1. I

    Partner network

Who sits above whom in the trade chain – across companies and across borders.

  2. II

    Organisation

Departments, positions and permissions within each company.

  3. III

    Product hierarchy

How far a product may travel down the chain – and on what terms.

02The network model

Every level runs its own business. Yet the network is one.

XXL Sales OS treats trade levels not as roles but as real business players: each has its own prices, its own margin, its own warehouse, its own team and its own customer base.

Network owner

Issues the products, prices and rules. Sees on a map of Europe where its partners are working – and how actively.

The network model in detail

03Chain order

Goods take the shortest route. Money follows the chain.

When an end customer orders, the system walks up the supply chain to find the nearest level with stock. Shipping starts from there – straight to the final address. Financially, the chain stays intact: a separate order is created at every level, and everyone books their own margin.

  1. 01

    The end customer orders

Through the reseller’s webshop, its marketplace or a sales agent.

  2. 02

    Stock search upwards

Level by level, the system finds the nearest warehouse with goods available.

  3. 03

    Shipped straight to the address

No reloading between levels – the goods arrive by the shortest route.

  4. 04

    Settled level by level

Each level gets its own order and its own margin; the sales agent’s commission is generated automatically.

If stock runs short anywhere, the system automatically places a replenishment order upwards.

05Signature solutions

What you won’t find elsewhere.

It is not the number of features that makes a system excellent, but whether it follows the logic of real business down to the finest detail.

  1. 01

    An SLA clock that pauses

While a fault ticket is parked – waiting for a spare part, say – the SLA clock stands still. Lists are always sorted by deadline urgency: no false delays, no forgotten cases.

  2. 02

    Exams as a product gate

A product cannot be sold until the partner has passed its exam. When the certificate expires, the product locks again.

  3. 03

    “How my partners see it”

See, level by level, exactly what the distributor, reseller or sales agent sees in the marketplace – with the same pricing as the live marketplace.

  4. 04

    Retroactive content sharing

Documents, questionnaires and training content spread through the network just as products do. Partners who join later receive everything automatically.

  5. 05

    Self-learning conversion rates

The motivation coach learns each sales agent’s real rates over the past 180 days, shows where the funnel leaks, and recommends matching training content.

  6. 06

    Fair subscription handling

Graduated reminders when a fee is overdue. On payment, access returns instantly – and the system credits back the days lost to restriction.

  7. 07

    A/B subject-line testing

Two subject lines, an automatic winner based on open rate, then a targeted follow-up to those who didn’t open.

  8. 08

    Hierarchy lock

If anyone higher up the chain blocks a product from being passed on, it stays blocked for everyone below. The stricter rule always prevails.

06Seven perspectives

One system – seen through each person’s own eyes.

The network owner sees the whole chain, the sales agent today’s tasks, the end customer their own products. Everyone sees exactly what they need.

Mobile app

Coming soon to iPhone and Android

Business doesn’t stop at the office door.

The XXL Sales OS mobile app is coming to iOS and Android. The same system, the same permissions, the same single source of truth – just in your pocket. The sales agent orders at the customer’s site, the service technician takes photos on location, the manager decides on the move, and everyone hears within seconds about what concerns them.

  • Push notifications

New orders, status changes, fault tickets, announcements, messages – on your phone within seconds.

  • Ordering on site

Marketplace with live volume discounts, basket and ordering – with the same pricing as the portal.

  • Fault tickets with photos

The fault is recorded where and when it occurs: serial number plus photos taken with the phone’s camera.

  • Messages in your pocket

The portal’s messaging with instant notifications – communication across the network never breaks off.

  • Biometric sign-in

The same two-step protection as the portal, then fingerprint or face recognition. Lost device? Access can be revoked remotely.

  • Even with a weak signal

An action already started is not lost, and the app tells you if something could not be sent.

One truth, on every screen

On the phone, the same code decides as on the portal: the commission rules, the pricing and the permissions are identical. Whatever someone cannot see on the portal, they cannot see on the phone either.

07Open platform

Fits with what you already use.

XXL Sales OS has no wish to replace the tools that already serve you well. Through open connections it links to your invoicing, card payments, webshop and warehouse management – each partner company with its own account.

10Questions and answers

Frequently asked.

What is XXL Sales OS?

XXL Sales OS is a B2B sales platform for multi-level trade networks. In a single system it brings together the work of the manufacturer or brand owner, distributors, resellers and system integrators, sales agents and end customers: marketplace, orders, stock, commissions, lead protection, quotes, training, exams, fault tickets and communication.

Who is it for?

Manufacturers, brand owners, importers and wholesalers who sell through networks of resellers, integrators or sales agents – in one country or several. Any company whose business reaches the end customer not within a single organisation, but through a chain of partners.

How is it different from a CRM or a webshop?

A CRM manages one company’s customer relationships; a webshop manages one company’s sales. XXL Sales OS maps the chain BETWEEN companies: prices and margin per level, product takeover, resale rules, chain orders settled level by level, lead protection between partners, and content that spreads through the network. There is no need to replace your existing CRM or webshop – it connects to them through open interfaces.

Can it connect to our existing systems?

Yes. Ready-made connections exist for Számlázz.hu and Billingo invoicing, Wise financial reconciliation, and SimplePay, Barion and Stripe card payments. Webshops connect through an open API (products, categories, stock, order intake); warehouse management systems through a two-way API with signed webhooks. Each partner company activates its own account.

Will there be a mobile app?

Yes: the XXL Sales OS mobile app for iOS and Android is in development. With push notifications, ordering, fault reporting with photos, messages and biometric sign-in, it brings to the phone the processes that don’t happen in the office – with the same permissions and business rules as the portal. Until then, the web interface is fully usable on every phone.

Which languages is it available in?

The interface is available in eight languages: Hungarian, English, German, Danish, Spanish, Italian, Polish and Slovak. Every user works in their own language, and content (messages, training materials, questionnaires) can be machine-translated into the reader’s language.

How can I try it?

Enter your name and email address, then click the link in the confirmation email. You can then step into any role with a single click – as network owner, distributor, reseller, integrator, sales agent, internal staff member or end customer. The trial is free and requires no card.

What happens to the changes I make in the demo?

Everyone gets their own, isolated test environment, starting from the same fictitious but realistic baseline. Feel free to try anything: nobody else sees what you change. After 30 days the data of the test environment is permanently deleted. The system sends no real emails and initiates no real payments.

How secure is the platform?

Sign-in is two-step (password plus an email code, with a PIN as fallback); payment, invoicing and email credentials are stored encrypted, and API keys only as hashes. Changes to permissions, commissions, stock movements and documents are recorded in a tamper-proof log, and no one can pass on more rights than they hold themselves.
